Unfortunately, things were promised that were then not kept. In addition, the workmanship of the knobs on the puzzle lines is not good. There are sharp points on the top where babies are supposed to hold the puzzle line. The knobs are also not easy to hold, which we have experienced with other products that are much more baby-friendly. It's a real shame.
