1. About Kiddostoys

This website and store are operated by MSLT GROUP, a company registered in Luxembourg. These Terms of Service govern the purchase and sale of products between you (the customer) and Kiddostoys. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

Kiddostoys offers a carefully curated selection of toys for children. All products are CE marked and made from non-toxic materials tested for safety and durability. We only stock toys that meet our selection criteria: products that children choose to play with unprompted and that survive regular use.

Some products, such as our Name Puzzle, are customized according to your specifications. You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (spelling, names, designs) are correct before finalizing your purchase.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price you see at checkout is the price you'll pay (excluding shipping, which is free on all orders).

We reserve the right to adjust prices before you complete your purchase, but we will always show you the final total before you confirm payment.

4. Payment Methods

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections with 3D Secure protection. Your payment is only confirmed once the transaction is successfully processed.

5. Order Confirmation and Placement

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email after your payment has been successfully processed. At that point, your order enters our fulfillment queue.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Your Right to Return (Withdrawal)

You have the right to return most unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalized products (such as engraved Name Puzzles) are excluded from this right because they are made to your specifications.

8. Product Warranties and Guarantees

All Kiddostoys products come with statutory warranties under applicable consumer protection laws, including protection for product defects and hidden faults. For customers in the European Union, the statutory warranty is valid for two years from the date of delivery.

We stand behind our toys. If a product fails due to manufacturing defect during normal use, we'll replace it or refund your money.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kiddostoys is not responsible for:

  • Misuse, abuse, or damage caused by improper handling or storage
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control (weather, customs delays, carrier delays, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of Kiddostoys and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. Your Information and Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to process your order, send your package, and provide customer support. We never share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill your order.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. In the event of any dispute, you have the right to escalate to EU dispute resolution procedures if applicable in your country.
